Rasteri is growing a gallery

The editor has been live at rasteri.app/play for a while. This week the site around it started becoming a place to show the work, not just make it.

  • Accounts. GitHub sign-in, a handle, sessions you can revoke.
  • Uploads. You export a .tres from the editor and the browser sends it straight to storage; the server checks every file against what was declared and re-encodes the PNGs before anything is kept.
  • A page per work, with the same live relighting the editor has, so the art keeps its relief outside the tool.
  • Explore, profiles and search. Grid tiles are plain images and flipbooks until you hover one, so a page of art costs no WebGL at rest.
  • Link cards that enlarge the art by a whole number, so previews stay crisp instead of being smoothed into a blur.

Uploading is owner-only for now. Moderation comes next, then it opens up.
